Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can purchase
on the Cifonelli website without an account, however, we recommend that you create
a Cifonelli account so that you can start adding your favorite pieces to
your wish list and easily track your orders.
I've forgotten my password: what should I do?
Simply follow the
"Forgot your password?" link on our login page and
enter your e-mail address. You will then receive an e-mail to reset
your password.
How can I receive e-mail updates from Cifonelli?
Keep up to date with news, trends and exclusive promotions by entering your
e-mail address at the bottom of the page.
How do I place an order on your site?
Here's how to place an order at Cifonelli:
1) Choose a category from the top navigation menu or search to explore a specific style or trend.
2) Select the size of your item and click "Add to Cart". Once you've finished adding your items, proceed to checkout.
3) Log in to your account if you haven't already. If you don't have an account, you can proceed as a new customer.
4) Enter your address and payment details using your credit (or debit) card. Once your purchase has been confirmed, it will be carefully prepared and shipped to you.

Can I cancel or change my order?
As your purchase will be prepared quickly for shipment, please contact our customer service advisors as soon as possible to cancel or make changes to an order. Unfortunately, we are unable to add items
to an existing order, but we invite you to place a new order for any additional parts.
Will my personal data remain secure?
We keep your personal data private and confidential and will only disclose it with your
consent or if permitted by law. For further details, please consult Cifonelli's terms and conditions.
Where can I find advice on sizing and cutting?
Our parts can be cut differently depending on the model. Please do not hesitate to contact us directly.
SHIPPING, TAXES AND DUTIES
What VAT is charged on my order?
If you purchase goods for delivery within the EU, the VAT of the country of delivery will be charged at checkout. There will be no customs clearance for shipments to these countries.
For orders outside the European Union, VAT will be payable to our carrier upon delivery.
When will I receive my item and how can I track delivery?
As soon as we receive your online order, our team will take all the necessary steps to send you your parcel as quickly as possible. You will receive an e-mail confirming shipment and tracking your DHL Express parcel.
Do I have to pay taxes?
International orders may be subject to local taxes, import duties or other local requirements.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
What is your returns policy?
You can return your order or part of your order for a refund within 14 days of your delivery date using our free returns service.
To do so, send us an e-mail to [email protected].
Cifonelli will cover the cost of returns for 1 return only. If you have already exchanged an item and wish to exchange it again, you will be charged for delivery.
Please note that in some cases we are unable to offer refunds if the product has been
damaged.

How do I prepare my home for a return trip?
You can return your items in any sealed packaging, but the items must be
protected and therefore in good condition when returned.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are
made via the original payment method and will normally appear within 10 working days, depending on the processing time of your
payment provider.
However, you will receive a refund notice by e-mail.
Will taxes and duties be refunded on return?
We cannot refund the VAT charged on returned items.
We will not be able to refund any taxes or duties charged by
local governments on customs clearance. Some countries have programs to recover local taxes and duties if you return goods and will require a specific request from you to your local government or authority. We are unable to assist you in reclaiming local taxes or duties.
Can I return my custom or made-to-order item?
Due to the nature of custom and made-to-order orders, and the fact that they have been specially created for you, we will not be able to accept returns.
